Processing Time
Orders are processed within 1-2 business day, Monday to Saturday, excluding public holidays.
Once your order has been processed, it is handed over to the courier for shipment.
Shipping Time
Shipping times within the United Kingdom are estimated at 3–7 business days, Monday to Friday.
Please note that shipping times are estimates and may vary due to factors outside our control, such as courier delays or peak periods.
Shipping Costs
Shipping is free on all orders within the United Kingdom.
Delivery Confirmation & Claims
Once a package has been marked as delivered by the courier, it is considered delivered.
If tracking information indicates that your order has been delivered but you have not received it, please contact us within 30 days of the delivery date so we can assist you with the courier’s investigation process.
Please note that courier investigations may take up to 30 days, and HiTox cannot issue refunds or replacements for orders confirmed as delivered by the courier.
Order Cancellations & Modifications
Once an order has been placed, it cannot be canceled or modified.
Our fulfillment process is automated and begins immediately after payment is confirmed, which means we are unable to make changes once processing has started.
